Our Mission

The Veterinary Services  Directorate is responsible for developing sector policies and implementing national and EU legislation. It oversees the regulation of veterinary medicinal products and the licensing of veterinary establishments. The main objectives are to safeguard animal and public health, and to provide the ideal regulatory environment for the sectors it regulates to flourish.
