Veterinary Establishment Unit

Veterinary Consultancies, Clinics and Hospitals

The Veterinary Establishment Unit is responsible for licensing veterinary establishments and implementing Subsidiary Legislation 437.106. This includes the oversight of Veterinary Consultancy Practices, Clinics, and Hospitals. To operate such an establishment, a veterinary surgeon must hold a valid warrant issued by the Veterinary Surgeons’ Council.

Warranted veterinary surgeons may apply for a license Online via servizz portal Application for a license for a Veterinary Establishment. Upon processing the application, an on-site inspection is conducted to ensure the premises meet the mandatory standards. Once compliance is confirmed, a license is granted to the veterinary surgeon to manage and practice within that specific establishment.
